Last week (10-11th June) in Vienna we organised a thematic workshop on the European Regenerative Urban Lighthouse concept. According to our project objectives, the Lighthouse will provide consultancy services to cities and investors interested in nature-based solutions.
We have spent several hours validating lighthouse framework services with clear simplified definition, by categorizing them under four pillars (Resource Hub, Marketplace, Consultancy Services, Capacity Building). We have analysed which deliverable could be an asset to fit as a service and we have assessed resource need and available expertise.
Having a thorough look at the existing and upcoming support tools that will be used in the Lighthouse, we have discussed the challenges identified in order to provide a satisfactory response to them and specified the potential target audience to be reached.
